Founded in 1987, Emergency Apparatus Maintenance Inc. is a modern facility specializing in full service Fire Apparatus and Ambulance repair and routine maintenance. EAM Inc. specializes in on-site service and repair and testing of all types of Fire Apparatus and Emergency Vehicles, providing repair and maintenance services from bumper to bumper.

We are an authorized service center for Waterous, Hale/Godiva, and Darley fire pumps. In addition, we do warranty service for several fire apparatus, aerial and ambulance OEMs, such as E-One, Toyne, Smeal, Alexis, American La France/LTI/Snorkel, General Safety/Rosenbauer, Osage Ambulance, Wheeled Coach, Medic Master and Road Rescue.

We are the largest Foam-Pro foam system retrofitters in the nation.

Our Main office and repair facilities are located in Lino Lakes, Minnesota about 15 minutes north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The 12 bay shop is a well-equipped state of the art facility including 2 Portable test pits for NFPA/ISO testing of fire pumps. We also have locations in Detroit Lakes and Duluth, MN, Madison and Waukesha, WI and St. Joseph, MO. Our service fleet includes 15 fully stocked trucks & 8 portable pump test units available to provide service at any location.
